Industry leader seeks fast tracker. Requires BS Degree and 2+ years supervision experience in food / beverage / HBA or other consumer packaged goods manufacturing. Client will consider an Industrial Engineer or a Maintenance Supervisor that has a few years of experience who is looking for a production role. Knowledge of world-class manufacturing including Total Productive Manufacturing or related Lean Manufacturing systems, Continuous  Improvement, Six Sigma,  SPC/TQM / HACCP/ CMMS, Preventive Maintenance programs cost savings, process improvements, root cause analysis, etc. Will direct receiving, production, packaging, quality, and maintenance activities over shift in a High Performance Work Team environment.
