Leading U.S. Food & Beverage manufacturer seeks a promotable Human Resources Manager for a plant located in an upper midwest location. The incumbent is being promoted. Not restricted to food & beverage, open to any consumer packaged goods manufacturing (HBA, personal products, soaps, household cleaners, drugs, etc.)

Will be responsible for human resources activities for a 500+ person, union plant manufacturing food products. Client seeks an H.R. generalist with a minimum of 6-10 years experience in manufacturing, with knowledge high performance work teams, plant employee relations and advocacy, labor relations, change leadership/management, performance management, career and succession planning, staffing and selection, total productive manufacturing and organization design and development.
