BS Science or related technical degree and 2-3 years QA and/or laboratory experience in the food & beverage industry. Day shift position involving daily interaction with QA technicians on 3 shifts.
Reports to QA Manager, and will be responsible for HACCP, material conformance, vendor QA review, regulatory compliance issues, sensory issues, Kosher certifications, 3rd party audit support, SOPs, adherence to company QA policies, etc.
