BS Microbiology or other technical degree plus 2 years sanitation or QA supervision experience in the food or beverage industry. Requires working knowledge of SPC, TQM, HACCP, Root Cause Analysis,
along with CIP systems, pest control, USDA regulations, auditing and training. Will be responsible for maintaining & improving Master Sanitation Systems, coordinating the daily sanitation, packaging, and processing start-up activities to insure compliance with procedures, quality, manufacturing guidelines and GMPs.
