CWA-2807-Business Unit Manager-Northern CA to $99K + Bonus

Premiere food & consumer packaged goods company seeks a Business Unit Manager with BS Engineering, Technical, or Business degree with a minimum 5 years production/ engineering / SCM experience.  May come from food & beverage, HBA, pharmaceutical or other consumer packaged goods industry.  This position requires solid knowledge of world class manufacturing methods, including Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SAP, work teams, SPC, TQM, HACCP, CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, MRP/JIT, cost savings, process improvements, etc.  Will direct production, packaging, quality & maintenance activities over 3 shifts in high performance work team environment.  Company offers excellent compensation package & relocation assistance.  Fast track to Plant Manager role.
