Requires:
BS Engineering Degree with a blend 2-3+ years of Process Improvement / Capital Project, and Maintenance supervision experience within a union, High Performance Work Team manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
Leading the activities of the 6-person plant automation team and will execute capital projects up to $4MM from engineering analysis & early management activities, design, development, outside vendor / contractor selection & supervision, installation through implementing PM programs & operator training. Preventive / Predictive Maintenance programs (PM) & Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Allen -Bradley PLC's, etc.
In addition will help drive continuous process improvement efforts across plant, so experience / knowledge in Total Productive Manufacturing / Maintenance (TPM) practices, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Early Management, process optimization, KPI improvements, cost savings projects, root cause analysis, etc would be helpful.
