TPM Maintenance Manager Opportunity-KY- to $105K + Bonus

TPM Manager in Mid-South

I’m currently working with one of the leading global Consumer Packaged Goods companies in the world, and they are seeking a promotable TPM Maintenance Manager to direct the TPM Maintenance activities of a recently expanded facility located in a Northwestern Mid Metro in KY.
The basics are as follows:

Fortune 500 client seeks promotable engineering, TPM professional.
Requires BS Engineering with 5-7 years maintenance management / plant engineering experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or other CPG manufacturing industry. Hi-speed packaging, FF&S, ammonia refrigeration, and PSM experience a plus.

Candidate will be responsible for all maintenance activities of a 300+ non-union, manufacturing facility. Will manage a department of 5-7 salaried, 40 hourly, with budget responsibility of $5MM+ within a High Performance Work Team environment.

Client seeks experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems, along with in-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing/continuous improvement systems. This position will coordinate/facilitate continuous improvement efforts across the plant, and help lead the maintenance department / plant in achieving TPM and JIPM Certification.

Salary to $90-$105,000 + Bonus. Full relocation package offered.
