Currently working with one of the top CPG companies in the world, and they are seeking a promotable Manufacturing Team Leader for one of their state-of-the-art facilities located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia northeast of Roanoke, VA. The basics are as follows:
Fortune 500 client seeks promotable Manufacturing Supervisor professional.
Requires BS Engineering, or related with 2-5 years broad based experience in production / supply chain experience in the CPG industry including hi-speed packaging lean manufacturing/continuous improvement systems, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.
Candidate will be responsible for all manufacturing activities on a given shift up to approximately 30 union hourly, with budget responsibility within a High Performance Work Team environment. This positions will also coordinate / facilitate continuous improvement efforts across the plant.
Opportunity is open due to growth. Salary to $78,000 + 15% Bonus. Excellent relocation package offered.
