CWA-1310, Senior Project Engineer/Process Improvement Engineer, Northeast , $95-110,000

Leading food/beverage manufacturer seeks an experienced Project /Process Improvement Engineer at plant located in a low COL Midwestern community. BSIE or other Engineering Degree with 3-5 years Process Improvement and Capital Project experience in high-speed food packaging equipment, within a High Performance Work Team environment. Will execute capital projects up to $4MM from engineering analysis & early management activities, design, development, outside vendor / contractor selection & supervision, installation through implementing PM programs & operator training. In addition, will drive continuous process improvement efforts across plant including continued implementation of Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) principles,six sigma, 5s, process optimization, KPI improvements, cost savings projects, root cause analysis, etc.
