Leading CPG Company located North of Chicago, IL seeks a EE Controls / Automation Engineer to lead this worldwide department
This position provides Global Engineering as an engineering leader who is responsible for providing technical excellence across a number of operational functions for the company. The incumbent will have a leadership role in planning, directing and coordinating activities of all new Instrumentation & Process Controls Design Engineering activities worldwide to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. This position requires strong personal initiative to identify opportunities, achieve engineering standardization and implementing Best Practice across the company's manufacturing facilities worldwide.
Travel to 50%. Salary to $125,000. Full relocation package available.
