CWA-1591-Quality Manager-N.LA, CA-to $98K + Bonus

  Leading Food / Beverage company seeks a promotable Quality Assurance Manager for their state-of-the-art facility in a Northern LA community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Quality Pillar Team over all Quality & Sanitation activities for a 300+ person facility manufacturing Food / Beverage products. Including 8 salaried with a department budget of $1 million, within a High Performance Work Team manufacturing environment.

BS Science, Technical or Engineering degree required with 5+ years Total Quality Management experience in the food & beverage industry. Requires strong skills in TPM or similar Lean Six Sigma practices CI, SQF, SPC, TQM, HACCP programs, GMPs, etc., along with FDA and other regulatory compliance issues.

Will lead the Quality Pillar Team / QA Dept. & Sanitation with emphasis in TPM or similar Lean Six Sigma practices, continuous improvement projects, improvement of process capabilities & cost savings initiatives. Responsible for SQF, GMPs, SPC, TQM, HACCP, process quality, trend analysis & root cause problem solving, etc.
