Global leader in Food & Beverage manufacturing which has an immediate need for a promotable Regional Supply Chain Manager-Commodities located in the Pacific Northwest.
Preference for MBA or related with 3 + years experience in agriculture industry with demonstrated experience with optimization modeling, raw product sourcing, Optimize variety mix and raw production contract placement, short and long-term seed planning to support optimum variety mix, Production Planning, etc.
Implement and direct process optimization over the regional plans for raw product sourcing, inventory, transportation and raw utilization. Implement continuous improvement process for business unit with multiple vegetable processing plants located throughout the Pacific Northwest to improve clients raw input cost position while meeting volume and optimum quality targets.
Experience with logistics and other analytical models such as i2, Manugistics, along with SQL database systems is preferred. Requires strong skills in TPM or similar Lean Six Sigma practices
